• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or upon a formal confirmation from our staff.

• Students must provide accurate personal and academic information.

• The Concept Lab reserves the right to accept or reject a registration.

• Fees must be paid according to the schedule communicated by The Concept Lab.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Late payments may result in class suspension until payment is made.

• Any promotions, packages, or discounts are subject to specific terms and expiry dates.

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.

• Missed classes will not be refunded.

• Make-up classes may be offered depending on availability and internal policies.

• The Concept Lab reserves the right to change class times, instructors, or locations when necessary.

• Students must behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, and peers.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the student complies with centre rules.

• All worksheets, notes, and teaching resources provided are for personal use only.

• Distribution, reproduction, or sharing of materials (in print or digital form) is strictly prohibited without written permission.

• Lessons may be recorded for internal training, quality assurance, or safety purposes.

• CCTV cameras may be used within the premises.

• Photos or videos may be taken during classes or events for marketing purposes with prior consent.

• While we aim to provide accurate and effective learning, The Concept Lab does not guarantee specific academic results or grade improvements.

• We are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of facilities

  • Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

• Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of students before and after class hours.

• All content on our website—including text, logos, graphics, and media—is the property of The Concept Lab.

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without written approval.

• Unauthorised use of the website may result in legal action.
